- Skill Development: Teach and train young adult men with special needs in acquiring essential independent living skills, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, household chores, and money management.
Physical Well-being: Guide and support individuals in engaging in physical exercises and activities that promote fitness, health, and overall well-being. - Leisure and Recreation: Facilitate enjoyable and meaningful leisure activities that cater to individual interests and abilities, fostering social interaction and personal growth.
- Job Training: Prepare individuals for potential employment opportunities by teaching job-related skills and providing guidance on career exploration.
Community Integration: Accompany individuals on outings to various community settings, such as restaurants, malls, and clinics, to practice independent living skills and enhance their social confidence.
- Competitive Salary: RM1,700.00 - RM2,700.00 per month (full-time) and RM500 (internship), depending on experience and qualifications.

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Certificate in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience working with individuals with special needs is a plus, but not required.

- Compassion: A genuine desire to help others and a patient, understanding approach.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different learning styles and individual needs.
